The voice is shaped by early life experiences, ways you were viewed, trained and treated while growing up.
This also affect our early environmental influences. If you were miserable and lonely, you may grow to feel unworthy or uncomfortable in a socialistic manner .

Comparing yourself with another person
when you compare yourself with others then you will always find people who are better than you. This comparison leads to division and create inferiority complex e.g. if you compare yourself with people who are doing better than you then you will have inferiority complex. so avoid the comparison.
Remember, everybody situation is different and we all are unique in our ways.
So, you cannot be good in all things. Looking at yourself not worthy anything you might be a loser in all. e.g. someone who devotes his whole life to make money might become rich in the end but he will have to sacrifice many things for it like spending time with family or friends.
So nobody can have everything. Accept the situation totally wherever you are. You are in that situation because somewhere in the past (or in past lives) you have made choices which have led you to this present situation. so don’t compare with anyone. instead take responsibility of your present situation and life.

Fear
Carrey says;
fear is usually at the root of what holds us back
Fear of the unknown or unfamiliar, fear of failure, fear that our critical inner voice will be proven right or overpower us, fear that we will have too much to lose or that we will have to face pain or rejection. The truth is you’re much more resilient than you think.
There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.”
( Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist)
That same inner voice that tells us we can’t handle obstacles feeds our fear. But in reality, life is both joyful and painful. The more fully you live the more you love, the more sadness you’re bound to experience. This fear also causes sleepless night which has made some an handicap in carrying out daily activity. Fear causes discomfort, stress, limitation which could actually affect your health.
Our inner critic shields us from feeling the pains and joys of existence. It keeps us in a chronic state of numbness or dissatisfaction. To face our fears, we must consciously identify and actively ignore this voice. Then, you can live a life as aspect ed.
